Jeremy of of the employees whom took my order, very respectful and polite. I was not felt rushed or uncomfortable while ordering.
This location has gone downhill, it was better when it first opened. The portions are bad - burrito bowls with 90% rice and barely any of the other toppings. Workers that don't know how to correctly roll a burrito. Workers hanging out the drive thru window playing on their phones. The corporate response asking everyone to reach out is a joke - no one wants to waste their time contacting corporate. Instead, you guys should fix the issues.
