“The food and restaurant were great! The bathrooms were absolutely horrible. They were very dirty and not at all maintained. I felt like I was back at a college bar. There was no soap in the containers, just a hand soap bottle left on the sink that was uncomfortable to even touch. No paper towels, very little toilet paper. The floor was littered. The walls had graffiti. I was so disappointed and the condition made me worry about what the kitchen looked like. For a restaurant in Crocker park, where the prices were high, should not have a restroom that looks like that! It's not like they were too busy to get to it either as there were only two or three tables filled with customers to take care of. Thus will keep me from going to this place again.“

“Food was spectacular albeit a little pricey, around $18 for a combo. The large burger was amazingly juicy and I couldn't stop eating the sweet potato fries. The woman behind the counter was cordial and polite, but didn't give off a warm vibe. Definitely worth the splurge every now and then.“

I stopped into this location recently and let the woman at the counter know I had no idea what I was doing. :) She was very friendly, and walked us through each step, which turned out to be incredibly easy. On top of that he was constantly cracking jokes and I hope this man gets the raise he deserves!!! 😁“

“My daughter and I have visited the Strongsville location a few times, and it’s always been a delicious treat! For a fun “coffee treat”, she loves their milk steamer with pumpkin spice flavoring. We haven’t ventured away from our usual, but the Nutella with strawberries and bananas is always delicious and so filling. She actually won’t stop talking about how good their Nutella is 😆 Their croissants are amazing, and everyone has always been so nice.“

She found Chez Michel and has just been raving about how incredibly friendly everyone was and how excited they were to bake me a vegan birthday cake. It is absolutely decadent and delicious! I was surprised that I couldn’t find any other bakeries that offered this, but I’m glad we went with White Flower. Our few guests were so happy to have a special treat to themselves and were blown away by how good the cupcakes were! The rest of their treats in the display cases looked just as delicious and the staff was really nice!“

“We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

As a side note, if you eat here, be careful eating at the table to the right of the door when you walk in. When the sets of doors open, it creates a wind tunnel that hits that table“
