The place is cozy and flamboyantly decorated, although the Statue of Liberty they have in the entryway is holding a cheeseburger instead of a torch, which is historically inaccurate, but I'll let that slide since the seats were comfy. Burgers were ok, but the fries were cold and greasy. Used to go to the one in Chagrin Falls every chance we could and it was amazing every time. Today we were ignored at the front door for quite a while considering it was almost dead there. The server was adequate, but just barely, and the fries were terrible. Hoping it was a one off situation.
