Clean atmosphere and our server was quick and kind.
The manger Jermey, was very accommodating…….I understand that every visit may not go the same…….However, he tilted the scale on this visit……Great customer service goes a long way!
Always enjoy good food, great service, and fun times at Red Lobster! Love those cheddar biscuits and they even do an excellent steak for our non-seafood eaters. This time was especially nice. Our server Teresa M. at the North Olmsted, OH location was such a doll. She was very attentive, sweet and smiling. Then she went above and beyond, running outside with a phone that one of our party left behind. Highly recommend Red Lobster and we'll be back!
