“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. I felt like a valued customer and I hope they keep this standard of service.”

“This location is the best to me I have 2 different other Mr Hero's near me on is not even a mile away in Shaker his the other is on Miles rd about 2 miles I will never eat there ever again the taste is not how I remember it but I was leaving work and decided to take a chance on this location North Randle and me and my wife was NOT disappointed love it and well worth the drive”

“Chicken was cold and dried out wasn't as fresh as normal service was good cashier was pleasant and service was fast but seems like I got old chicken it tasted old but I didn't realize till I got home”

“I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. The food is delicious, full of flavor and seasoned perfectly. Even some of my family members, who are not that adventurous with food, raved about the various selections they tried!”

“Great little find while I was walking around this afternoon. The onigiri was great, and the okonomiyaki was something I’ve never tasted, heard of, or seen before. It was absolutely delicious and I will be coming back for more sometime! Staff were super friendly as well. I believe they said it was the only place around that you could get it, so I think it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“This was our second dining at Tutto Carne and we are so very much waiting for our next dinner. Angela greeted us at the door as if she expected a frequent visitor. The chef and prep-team were flawless in every aspect of the courses. Thank you for making sea-bass like we have never known before. The gnocchi was perfection. “Having a tip automatically added to the bill of two people is off-putting. For the record, I'm a good Tipper. I did actually add to the 15% automatically added because our server was awesome. But tipping is an addition, not part of the bill. Heck, add it to the cost of the food and I'll pay it. but not in tipping. that's my choice.”
