I order off the app occasionally for delivery this place is always forgetting something. No sauce , no drink. Chicken cold and hard.

To much to write but never have anything, the employees are loud and rude and the waiting area is always nasty looking it’s a shame and this last time I went it took a hour to get my food and I wouldn’t have waited had I not ordered it online!

I can say going here tonight was one of thee best experiences I have had. The girl at the window did a very good job of getting our meal together.

One of the worst experiences ever I went w my family we had 2 separate mobile orders , we placed them at the same time basically. Around 9:30pm I set my for 9:45pm we got there didn’t get to the window by like 10pm they tried to give us the wrong order at first and we said it was wrong gave it back and they immediately told us oh your guys orders aren’t ready yet which is insane because I had placed it at 9:30? But ok so they pulled us and they got theirs but I didn’t get mine they said they didn’t see mine in the system which I showed them my phone I had placed it at the right place and everything but they didn’t have it they went back inside came back out like 3 times asking the same thing who’s name was on the order I said Alydia and they still didn’t see it. They did that for about like 45 mins basically and came out and said they don’t see it and they had no training on how to help me cancel my order and get a refund they didn’t even make my food which is crazy this place is ridiculous. Hopefully I get a refund. Cause that was a whole 35 dollars + lost..

the line was so slow that multiple people exited the line without ordering food.
advice for management: people actually dont want to spend their whole lunch breaks in line at a fast food restaurant. hire more staff.

First , I'd like to say this has nothing to do with the lady that took my order or gave me my food.
I was in line for over 20 minutes.
I ordered a special they have for $20.
However my total was $21 because I got Mwc n Cheese.
I checked the order and the container of macaroni and cheese was not full.

When I mentioned it, I was told they come pre - cupped

I get back to the house and half.The piece has looked like they had set under a lamp for several hours or had been fried twice.

I haven't been to a popeyes in quite some time for this very rea.
The other members of the household wanted it.

The food was so delicious, everything was pefect. I ordered a number 3 combo meal and was surprised. The popeyes out in Streetsboro ohio is absolute slop compared to this place. Everyone was working and the employees actually seemed disciplined. Props to the manager who was there today. I didn't even have to wait at a table, I stood there for 3 minutes and they gave me my hot and ready order

Something has to change with this door dash crap . There’s no way I drive to come buy food and get turned around because they doing door dash and can’t take my order . This is nonsense. Door dash has to come pick up others food . If she can get on the mic to tell me that , she can take the order .
