Tried to order food thru the drive thru and was put on hold. They the other line had ordered their food along with 3 behind them. Went inside and was told they didn't know who they put on hold. I was talking with the manager and she apologized but then a worker came over and started yelling that it was not their fault. Absolutely the worst management. Was hung up twice because Nick the manager is not qualified to do his job. Waited 20 minutes in line and another 18 minutes because they forgot to make my order. Problem stems from the owners hiring under qualified non caring managers with little to no management skills. Waste of $38 and then was cheated out of my large fry and large onion ring. Was told to call corporate before he hung up on me!
