“Great service tonight. They were low on the noodles so I asked for half purple rice. I understood so I wasn’t upset about it. We sat down to eat and several minutes later the man that was cooking brought over a bowl of hot noodles. It was so unexpected and I thought that went above and beyond to provide great customer service! Thank you!“

“Yikes! Felt like a glutton, but when something tastes so good, you just want to keep eating. Had the Blue Plate roast beef special (REAL mashed potatoes). It was delicious, as was the salad that came with it. After our meal (my husband had the burger special, which he said was equally delicious), we ordered dessert to go. Incredible salted caramel concoction. Had to be in Fairview Park for another reasson, but definitely would make the drive for the excellent food. Our server, Kristi, was the best!“

“Awesome pizza!! And their salad is also very good with their homemade italian dressing. We go quite often to the Brecksville or Northfield location. When I brought my grandkids they said it was the best pizza they ever had. Highly recommended!!!“

“This place has the BEST soups and salads, served with crusty bread and butter and crackers. They also make grilled cheese and have homemade cookies. They use mostly organic ingredients and make everything fresh the same day. Absolutely recommend 100%“

“They get Mexican food right! I've visited many Mexican and Latin restaurants in the greater Cleveland area. I've been disappointed most of the time. I wish this one was much closer to home. It was so good I would be a regular if I lived nearby. I certainly will stop there when I'm in Parma. I try the tacos at every place I go as a standard. I don't know why the beef never tastes right. To be fair, I moved here from Los Angeles which has the best tacos in North America. I've been in search of a really good place. I had the steak street tacos. This restaurant nailed them perfectly. The flavor of the steak was delicious. All of the vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The servings were plentiful. I should add that the service was excellent. Those guys really made me feel at home. Hope to be back soon.“

“I was meeting my bff at Bob Evan, as we do every other month. We didn’t realize that due to recent tornado, they were not open until later in the day. I did a search and found Oak Tree Cafe. It is hidden in a huge office building complex. What a hidden gem! They offered most of what Bob Evans does, at close to half the price. And the food is SO much better. Atmosphere is very bright and clean. Staff was very welcoming! I think we found our new meeting place!!!!“

They have allergen guides on the serving counter glass for both the servers & the customers so that was a nice touch“

“We love Spotted Dog food. Always had great service. Tonight the ball was dropped. Took 20 mins to be acknowledge to get a drink(maybe 8 at the bar). Never mind the big sigh and eye roll as we sat down AND still wasn't told Hi. 1 hour for food. okay Its a Friday night we understand. Our fries were soggy a cold. chicken tenders cold. wings cold. It def was sitting up there waiting a while to be brought out. We said something she said it was our fault for going outside for 5 mins. We know the difference between food sitting for awhile before being served. Extremely disappointed. We will be back but maybe when someone else is working.“

This year BEYOND showed up bringing free smoothies to all of our participants. What an incredible gesture of giving back to the community. Not to mention- the smoothies were delicious. “Had a large group approx. 33 people in our party. It seemed like mostly one waitress was handling everything!!! Someone talked to the manager because service was sooo slow and it was NOT the waitresses fault!!! She was doing very well for one person. Manager tried to say that there were three people helping and two were in the back. She also only jumped in once to assist and she could have helped more! Everyone understands places are short staffed, but when you know a large group is coming in because they reserved seats in advance, shouldn’t you be more prepared??? Everyone felt sorry for the waitress and tipped her well, but this lunch could have been more organized! Food was good! Atmosphere was clean and nice. Management may have been the issue? No other complaints!!!“

The Philly cheese steak was amazing, and they customized it the way I asked, and I didn't think there was a charge for anything extra I added. “I don’t even know where to start. This place is awesome! Let’s start at the food. The chicken was awesome. The chicken goes well with the Polynesian sauce which is their made sweet n’ sour sauce. There is a different sweet n’ sour sauce. I got waffle fries and they were good and hot. The milkshakes are really good and they actually try with making milkshakes. The workers are nice and always say ‘ my pleasure. ‘ They will take off the cherries on the milkshakes if you want to. The drive thru is very nice, usually not too busy the inside is always the busiest ( when I go. ) Everything was great, a little pricey, but it is not as bad as I thought it would be. All in all this place is a great place to go to.

Parking: There is a vip section for people that get it delivered to their car.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid choices, such as Fruit cups, Mac & cheese, and the chicken.“

“The chicken salad was delicious. A nice large amount was distributed. Chicken wells seasoned very good . I noticed the mushrooms were canned, not fresh. You can tell the difference. Instead of putting certain items on your salad, you may want it on the side, for example, jalapeno peppers, pickles, etc.. they will charge you for putting those items in a side cup. I didn't agree with that, the choice of salad dressings, you can get those on the side free. If you want an egg on your salad you have to pay for it. I've noticed lots of great things on the menu. I will continue to go back there and also try new things as well. The overall price, I think, is reasonable. The customer service was great and pretty fast.“

“The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

“Guys pizza is amazing, I have celiac disease which means I can’t have any gluten containing food products. It is very hard to find pizza that tastes good and not like a cardboard box. They are one of 3 pizza places in the area that have quality gluten free options and they are typically first on my list they also take care to avoid cross contamination. For people with gluten allergies, intolerance, or autoimmune disorders I highly recommend guys if you are looking for good pizza.“
