“They always make my coffee and food just how I like it and are very friendly. I would recommend their turkey sausage sandwich on a bagel and a butter pecan cold brew with oatmilk. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait here but I’d rather wait here compared to somewhere else because I know they’ll take care of me here. Kudos to management and staff for fostering a friendly environment.“

“I love my Dunkin Donuts here in Solon ! ❤️ they are all so amazing they remember my order every morning I come in and have it ready with little no wait 🥺🥲💕 I came in today in a long line and they noticed me! By the time I got to the counter they had my order in the register with my favorite donut in hand 🥰 they are all so amazing and they all made my Friday morning so awesome! “I had to come on here and give these people a 5 star review. If there were more stars I would give it to them. They are always beyond nice, always smiling and super friendly. The food is always very fresh and nothing is ever wrong with my order. They are super fast and just absolutely amazing even when it’s morning and it is super busy they get everybody out very quickly and everything is always correct. It is very nice to see a smiling face and amazing customer service in the morning Or basically anytime during the day. They absolutely deserve 10 stars. Best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I never do a lot of reviews, but they absolutely deserve it.“

“The snow Strom didn't stop them from Superior Customer Service, their apple fritters were fresh could have put more apples in the mix and the coffee rolls were just the right size.Dunkin Donuts. Mocha coffee is right up there with Starbucks even the whipped cream on top ( by requests ).Reasonable price for the size.ONLY NEED TO ADJUST THOSE BAKED GOOD PRICES FOR A DAYHAVE A THROWBACK THURSDAY !!!“

“Leslie is my literal hero! School starts back up tomorrow and I was late to the game securing a custom cookie for my daughter. I posted on a local Facebook page that I was in need and within five minutes she messaged me and had it waiting up at the shop. I’m going to have a happy Bluey loving first grader tomorrow morning!“
