“Our first visit here yesterday, the server was I had a little bit of attitude to begin with but ended positive.

Today however we had Dawn who was just happy and energetic and an amazing service throughout the entire visit. She was so good I actually took 20% on top of the $50 gift card that I bought with our meal to make sure she had a really nice tip for the day.

“I have gone to many activities here such as painting classes, hat burning & meditation. This place is the cleanest establishment. The staff is fun & give great service. The charcuterie board is wonderful! I have ordered it every time I have visited and it is huge. The prices are very reasonable. My husband likes to get the pizza. I’ve also ordered other food off the menu & nothing has disappointed. I especially appreciate that there is no bar Oder and the restrooms are super clean. I recommend this place wholehearted. If you are driving by you should stop by and check it out.”

“Pretty good chicken, very crispy, not as much flavor as I'd have liked. I got the 2 piece chicken thighs. The butter batter shrimp are very good, but for the price, the portions are pretty small. Pricing is decent. Store appeared to be clean and well maintained.”

“It's a nice place to pick up some snacks if you have kids and are budget-minded. It's been over nine years since I was last here, and I always wanted to revisit the outlet if I moved back to Toledo, Ohio. Things have changed from what I remembered. Some of the goodies I used to pick up while in the area were nowhere to be found. Also, I no longer have any of my kids living with me, as they are all grown up and live in several different states. Additionally, I used to enjoy the Hostess products that had a shorter shelf life back in the day, but I've cut down on my sweets.”

So I left, jimmy took it upon himself to make it right. He is what customer service should be!! 100000% deserves a raise for how he handled the situation!! Don’t skip this subway!”
