“Ordered thru the subway app when I arrived they had no record of the order even tho I had the receipt on my phone. Was told id have to pay for it again. So I left, jimmy took it upon himself to make it right. He is what customer service should be!! 100000% deserves a raise for how he handled the situation!! Don’t skip this subway!“
