“It is a subway restaurant in a train station of downtown Toledo that isn’t open when Amtrak arrives or departs.Think about it. It could get interesting. Nice employees. I don’t recall ever going after sundown since they close at 1000pm and are getting ready to close around 915p. It makes sense. So much for the $5 footlong. Inflation is a killer.“

“I’ve been coming to this Subway location for a few years now, and it’s consistently been a great experience. Anna and Sydney are always friendly, welcoming, and extremely efficient in everything they do. You can tell they take pride in their work.

The restaurant is always immaculate, and my to-go orders are consistently ready on time and accurate when I arrive, which I really appreciate. It’s not always easy to find that level of consistency, but this location delivers every time.“

“I was in their Monday night and Lee did an amazing job making my sandwiches. We got an order for 5 people and Lee was talking to all of us the whole time. Very friendly and can make some great conversations. He labeled all of our sandwiches so we didn't have to look at everyone's food.“

“A young lady Chelie was working super hard while the other worker watched pretty much as she filled not only a large doordash order but the customers that came in as well....we watched a door dasher scream in be rude a this young lady cause she wasn't fast enough making his door dash order... mangers should praise her and get rid of the young man. “Naturally, my sub was sooo good. Lately, I've been loving the meatball subs and I was hungry so I forgot to take a picture of it. There was two employees, one in front the other was in the back. I can tell you that this kids boss should be proud, because he truly was a sandwich artist , a respectful which I completely nice for a change. Good food, clean store and great service. “I just have to say—this is hands down the BEST Subway in the greater Toledo area! The location on 6975-7007 W. Central Ave consistently goes above and beyond. The food is always incredibly fresh, the vegetables are crisp and high quality, and everything just tastes better here.

But what truly makes this place special is the people—especially Sean. Every time my husband and I walk in, he greets us like family. He takes the time to talk with us, share life, and genuinely connect. It’s not just a quick transaction—it’s an experience.

“Was fast all lunch meat was fresh looking there onions look Lil old lettuce was good looking maybe need turned tometos lil fresh looking I think they could change containers that hold mayo Lil dirty on 2 tops but got give worker 8/10 asked how could she help us no name tag do gave point off gloves on mask on but no hair net so another point but hair was up just nets #1 other that order was tooling correct ask right questions got me in out 7 min on 4 subs. O er all for whole experience 7/10 seen something need clean Lil up grades on signs stuff but I would definitely go hear agine“

“There aren't many gems in Toledo, THIS subway is worthy of gem title. My girlfriend was having a bad day and an employee named Jeff went above and beyond for us customers, he made ME feel appreciated and took wonderful care of our subs even! The food was beyond delicious and he was such a sweetheart my girlfriend said, will be coming here again 110%“

“The manager was very helpful with our order and had two coworkers to help on it
. We ordered for our job 8 subs and didn’t do it online. I get it’s a few subs but 3 people and not a high busy time shouldn’t have been an issue. The manager asked us kindly to just let the store know in advance next time and that’s not an issue. One of the other employees made a rude comments while preparing the order and expressed her extreme annoyance. As the other girl made faces and eye rolls as my coworker ordered. Not a good way to represent a store.
Still left a tip for the managers kindness and how she got us in and out respectfully. Thank you .“
