“Two of my coworkers and I ordered Subway for lunch. Two of us ordered via mobile app and the other via desktop browser website. The mobile app orders were ready when promised, but the order placed via website was not. The store employees were very helpful, one named Tiffany even called a manager to see if the order was held up in the system. My coworker was charged for her order and the website showed the order as picked up, but according to the store employees as well as the management the order was never received at the store. Big thanks to the staff, you ladies were so helpful and polite.“
