This location has changed policies that go against the corporate way of doing things. They claim they can't do any substitutions, but I can verify that Gioninoes can and will do substitutions, but as others have said, this location has a rude and stubborn manager/owner. Go to the location out in Ellet, they treat their customers like they are truly appreciative of them. Hubby called in an order last week using the website - when he handed them his credit card to pay there was an additional charge. Apparently they charge xtra for using a credit card YET it's not noted anywhere on the website ..NEVER AGAIN

Hands down one of my favorite pizza places. Everything I've ever had from here has been great. The staff has always been friendly to me. Gioninos is definitely my go-to place to go for pizza.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free cauliflower crust.
