The chicken is chewy now, the last few times I’ve had it on a sandwich. The burgers, fries, and nuggets are usually cold. Wendy’s used to be so much better. The chili and baked potatoes are still good, at least there’s that.

This restaurant has really turned around. They were having a little rough patch but I have had amazing service several times in a row. My food was hot and fresh, everything I ordered was there, even straws, forks and napkins. Thank you for a great experience!

This place sucks. Ordered a double stack plain, came back once for them to remake it & they made it wrong again, came back a 3rd time & they refused to remake it when I told them it was a mobile order & my boyfriend refused to come back AGAIN with the burger. This place has NEVER been good the whole 3 years we have lived in Norton. Y’all need to clean house your employees are terrible.

The absolute worst place in town to eat. Food is always old cold and gross. Employees are always rude and lazy. management and even corporate couldn't care less, the will not respond to complaints. Its a never again for us. we'll go across the street to arbys, which is always awesome by the way, or drive to wadsworth for something better

Me and my 1 year old went in to eat but the worker Makenzie Swesey refused to take our order claiming she was “uncomfortable” because she doesn’t like my significant others sister who wasn’t even with us? I just wanted food but instead had to deal with drama over who liked who and all the crew just sat around whispering.

Ordered a triple baconator.
And received lettuce onions and bacon tried to explain that this is a recurring issue every Wednesday. They hung up and refused service.

I asked her to lose her attitude because she would rather cut me off to offer a remake than understand the situation.

I do not have the enzime to digest veggies. And they are refusing to remake something they messed up.

Get your employees together. Make sure they are trained on all of your sandwiches. Or don't let them make any you have cost me and many others a lot of money because you refuse to make your own menu correctly.

Took it back but because they placed the order wrong to begin with they flat refuse to do anything at all and laughed someone out of the store for even trying to fix the issue

Ethics department refused to help either. Said that they would call me back with some solutions and still haven't heard back from them. Call every day only to be hung up on.

This place is derelict and disgusting. Not sure how they are even allowed to stay open. The whole staff is lazy and incompetent. They will do anything to not have to serve you. Living in the area I sometimes “attempt” to pop by for a “quick” bite now and again and I’m quickly reminded why I never go here. It is always some ridiculous excuse: “the manager hasn’t come in yet today so we can’t serve anyone” “our systems are down” “we’re out of everything” are just a few of the responses I’ve gotten. Why are employees at the restaurant on the clock if they can’t even serve food? Something stinks about it. Pretty sad an establishment like this can somehow remain open and pay employees for doing nothing. Someone higher up needs to investigate this location and shut it down or get a whole new staff. Pretty pathetic. My advice is if you want Wendy’s and want to save your sanity go to Manchester Road location.

I was completely ignored when I first walked in and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I then decided to go to the drive-thru so that I could guarantee getting served. After I received my food I realized the taco salad ingredients had changed and thought they gave me the wrong salad. So I took it back in and asked for my money back, the lady at the counter decided to argue with me when I stated that I was ignored when I first came into the dining room. Just a heads up for when you're visiting this location! You may just want to cruise on over to Coventry, and visit their very professional Wendy's crew!

Wendy's always has great food in general and this restaurant has been doing a lot better the past couple months because of new management and new employees.
