Slow service..didn't receive all of order had to empty bag in front of work to prove they made mistake

They can not make an order properly and then argue over the phone with you that the order was maid right as they read it off and admit it was wrong and refuse to make the order right and hung up after refusing to remake my food

The floor in the lobby was sticky all over. The food was fresh, but didn't taste very good. Service was really good.

No butter or sour cream for baked potatoes
Chilli bowl only 1/2 full and cold. No sauce for chicken tenders. Unacceptable for the price they charge. Won't be back this happens way to often.
Food is good but service can be slow most times waiting for your food and sometimes they are out of certain drinks or other items

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. This is our 3rd visit in the last couple months. The last 2 visits have been great. Tonight's visit was less than good.

Wonderful manager with a great personality! The coffee was excellent, and the egg and cheese muffin was so fresh. Other places are never that fresh, especially the bread. I don't know her name except people should go and see. Good management is so important. She made my day. I love food. lol

As a woman who has worked in the food service before, listen… I get the struggle but I pulled up with my grandma and there was nobody in line nobody in the store no customers at all but greeted with such a rude attitude and we were going to order 3 meals which I know is a lot and know how fast food people get. Do not go here if you are looking for a baked potato they say it takes 1 hour to make if they are out and the assistant manager literally told us they forgot to put them in. As soon as we rolled up to the window a black girl at the register rolled her eyes at me and we needed a refund because they thought we got 2 meals. The assistant manager Adrianna (name on receipt idk who) said bro I’m bout to get irritated as she demanded for our card back and gave us a refund. Got half the food we wanted and out of Asiago cheese and baked potato’s but I’m guessing laziness was a factor there. To the four women working tonight please find a new job outside of food service I have been here.

I recently visited this Wendy’s location and had the pleasure of being helped by a certified baddie named olivia who provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in fast food. She was confident, upbeat, and incredibly attentive to all of my needs. Her positive energy made the experience genuinely enjoyable on top of that My burger wasn't the only thing USDA approved that thang was thangin!!

Staff was incredibly rude, I hadn't even said a word and was being snapped at. Just a delivery driver, not trying to make anyone's job harder than it has to be 🙃

So, it's 5:30 in the evening there are three employees sitting outside eating something waving me down telling me that this restaurant is closed. This is the most pathetic ridiculous restaurants in the entire Norton area. I am so surprised that they are still open
The manager working the window was unbelievably hateful and rushing as we very carefully ordered in the drive through because I understand it's hard to hear and can be stressful. She was very rude and when I asked for the manager to let them know how she was acting, she let me know it was her and shut the window in my face, I asked why she was being so hateful to me and she said she was only responding and I said you were being hateful for no reason and I was doing to say there's no reason to treat people like that and she literally threw my drinks then me food at me and said hope you have a better day and I said I was having a wonderful day with my family as she slammed the window on me again. We didn't get our sauces, straws or napkins. I will be reporting her to corporate with the time and date of this incident. We just left a rally fun outdoor concert and wanted to end the night with a quick bite to eat. We won't come here again.
