Please issue my refund I ordered food on 12-31-25 @534 pm. I called the local Zanesville location 2 times after 7pm. 1st time to see where my order was and the 2nd time to cancel my order. I told them we did not want food that had been sitting for an hour and a half almost 2 hours. The 1st time I called I was told no one had even arrived to pick up our food. The 2nd time I called I was told that the store cant refund the food. I told them that I didnt want the old food the 2nd time and they still didnt cancel my order. The delivery person messaged me at almost 730pm 2 hours later and told me they were on their way. I told them not to come and that I had told the store to cancel my order and refund me. They should NOT have even began to send the delivery driver. They should have told them not to bother. We want our $55.00 back. For a 1st time customer we are very disappointed and will never return for any service from Wingstop. What a disappointment to say thw least. Please return our money to us for food we never recieved after a 2 hour wait who would eat that chicken anyway.

The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.

I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! Good sized tasty wings at a good price. Twice I have had an issue with the wait for pick up. When I got there a half hour after ordering I had to stand around for another 25 minutes waiting for my order. This is no fault of the people working there, they were busting their asses.
It is simple math to figure how many wings can be made with the equipment and personnel available. I see this as greed, once your order is placed on the app there is no way to cancel on the app, you have to call the store. They are too busy to answer the phone because the computer keeps piling orders on them.

So, I ordered food there, 20 wings for $20. They messed up and only served me 14 of the wings. I left a review detailing the experience and they did reach out and correct the order by offering to remake the entire order. I do appreciate that. But, I will still unfortunately be checking my bag from now on before leaving just to be sure I dont have to go through that again. One thing I dont like is the wait times. You can be quoted 10-20 minutes for order fulfillment and end up waiting much longer. But the food is good and the prices are decent. just check your orders before leaving and give them an extra 10-15 minutes before picking your food up.

Every time we order from this store something is wrong or missing. When you call store, they offer to put a 'credit in the book' but when you go to order there is no record of the credit. No one from corporate ever responds. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was the third time, so we not be going back.
