Pros:Food is delicious when it's done right.Cons:Everything else was terrible.Service wise - Husband called in to request a replacement or refund due to an actual bite being taken out of his food.Chantel, the supposed manager, gave huge attitude and hung up on my husband instead of offering either thing. Before she hung up her last words were "None of my employees would do that."Called back immediately, spoke to Aaron, the other supposed manager, asked for their GM's number and told her name was Rachel.Called Rachel, spoke to her and once again she stated that none of their employees would have done that. Claimed it was a "portion of the chicken falling off in the fryer" except if that were the case, the meat you see in the picture wouldn't be WHITE, it would be fried brown and it would have had sauce on it because we got sauce on the wings.The longer we spoke to Rachel, she ended up confessing "we actually had a meeting just last week about eating on the line because I've got some kids back there working and they do that". My husband and I looked at each other and mouthed "but I thought they didn't do that" to each other.Rachel promised a refund, I waited over a month for her to send it. She never did. I even texted her again a reminder (and the pictures of our half ate wing). Never responded.Finally called corporate and got a partial refund for our order.Please stop giving your money to this location. If they're willing to lie about their employees eating your food, the health and cleanliness of this place is up for question. Trust me, my next call is to the health department.

I came in about noon on a Sunday they had 3 workers, one of them being the GM who stood around on her phone, chatting with customers who were dining in all while they had the order taker in the back just prepping from what it looked like and one boy doing all of the line cooking & he had several orders. all I ordered was one small 6 pc wing combo which I waited 30 minutes for and then asked for a refund because I couldn't want any longer the gm then helped the young boy working to get my order out I felt for the other customers who were waiting just as long maybe even longer

they were pretty busy with online orders- which I understand. the employe did a wonderful job getting the food out!! just think it's weird that the manager just kept walking past her and not helping... definitely could have helped and it would've went faster. no complaints about the good tho, it was the best

Excellent wings and great service. With no other good wing places in the area, if your wanting good wings give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Edit: I appreciate your willingness to take care of me but I don't want anything other than merchants to understand that "time" is money for drivers. You wouldn't believe the disrespect we recieve when arriving to stores as a dasher. Most employees cringe because of our arrival. Not realizing drivers are an asset to their business in which they're employed. You were there. You heard what he said loud enough for me to hear. "They'll get their food". I realize it's tough finding good help these days.

Manager Rachel was fully on drugs as half the staff was. One employee nodded out on a broom stick in the middle of business while I was unattended to. Will not be back.

Food was very good but, the service was not. I placed a 10 boneless wings combo and they said it would be about 8 minutes. It turned out to be a little after 20 minutes. Not very pleased. Also, the lady taking my order didn’t seem very nice. This was only my first time ordering from here so maybe I’ll try it again sometime soon. Montrose location is much better

Edit: based on ownerships willingness to make it right I have upped my review from 2 stars to three stars. I'm not looking for free food, I was just trying to give constructive criticism. So I won't be contacting you, I've said what I think needed to be said already.The food itself was good for the price. The wait time though was awful. The website told me 38 to 43 minutes. Which I waited, I got there, and I was told it wasn't ready yet, and there were around 15 other other people waiting too. I was there another 40 minutes before I got my food. They need to change the wait times online to be more accurate. I would not have ordered from here had I known it would take 90 minutes for "fast" food. I doubt I'll order from here again anytime soon, that is way too long for fast food. I can get wings from many other places, in less than half that time. I'd recommend that ownership look into making the online wait times more accurate. Overall, I did like the food I got, but the wait was way too long.

Dakota was super helpful, they were super busy, and she made sure everyone was getting their drinks for the wait, and gave realistic evaluation of the time for the wait.
