The Norwalk Dunkin' gets zero stars today!!! I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered two hot lattes. They gave me one hot, and the other iced. I politely informed them that it should have been hot. So, I give it back, and they "make me a new one", which was actually the iced coffee, poured into a different cup, minus the ice. I called to complain and was told that if I decide to come back they'll make me a new one. No apology, nothing. This was 100% unacceptable.
The Norwalk Dunkin is awful. They all stand around and laugh when you are waiting for your order. The order is also never correct. The line probably wouldn’t be so long if everyone wasn’t messing around. Who manages this place!? They are also so rude.

The managers mistreat their workers. I was waiting for my coffee and listening to a manager I’m guessing put down her workers. I will take my business elsewhere. These kids deserve respect.
