“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! OUR NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!!”

“Stopped for lunch last Thursday. Restaurant was only half full so we assumed we would have a quick meal and move on. Didn't happen. The kitchen must be short handed as it took forever for our food to arrive. Our waitress must have been new as we both ordered one of the lunch specials. She brought my wife's appetizer but didn't bring my soup. I assumed she was going back to get it. Didn't see her again until she brought out both of our entrees. She asked it she could get anything else. I mentioned she never brought my soup appetizer. She apologized and went back to get it. I was half way through my entree before the soup ever arrived. How long does it take to ladle a cup of soup? No one ever came back to ask if I wanted a second glass of wine. Service at lunch isn't what it used to be, although the food was still as good as always.”

“I will never stop telling people that this place has the best donuts you'll ever eat in your entire life. I'm so dead serious. Their brioche donuts have the texture of little heavenly pillows and the flavors are out of this world.”

“Stopped on in for a little treat, and the employees were super nice! I sampled the darkest chocolate, the Texas sheet cake, and their seasonal wild berry lavender. The person helping me, (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name), was so sweet and helpful. Everything was clean and stocked up as well. I personally recommend the darkest chocolate for a decadent sweet!”

“Very kind man when I came to grab my food from the counter. My mango smoothie was good it tasted fresh and light! I got the verde flatbread so good pesto was amazing. The flatbread itself was airy and so good. The roasted potatoes were also great and they smoked ketchup was a game changer. My first time eating here but will be back. Everything was so fresh”

“We were looking for a nice cocktail bar to go to in Norwood before our friends bowling birthday party at Stones lanes, and found this place in the factory 52 complex. We had specifically said we didn’t want to go to that factory 52 place but we didn’t know where park ave was and it happened to be there so we just went in. The entire food hall area was packed on a Saturday night, and Hoyle’s was also full but we found 2 seats and got served right away. The cocktails were good and they had an interesting menu, would def recommend and would go back - honestly changed my mind about the factory 52 complex”
