“My husband and I stopped in today for lunch after seeing it recommended on Google. The fresh focaccia with olive oil and balsamic were hands down the best I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed his wedge salad and we split a highly delicious pepperoni pizza. Mike and Maddie were so welcoming! We even got to enjoy their brand new outdoor umbrellas which gave such a nice touch to their outdoor dining patio. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later! 🥰”

“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.”

“I’ve been here quite a few times now and I just love it!! It’s a tried and true for me! I came here for the first time in Winter of this year and can’t count how many times I’ve been here since.

The ramen is AMAZING. I won’t lie… the ramen, sake, and cocktails are the only things on the menu I’ve tried so far. Everything looks and sounds amazing, but I tried the ramen the first time I went and loved it so much, so usually when I am going there, I’m craving that specifically. I LOVE THEIR TONKOTSU WITH BOK CHOY AND THE CHILI OIL ON THE SIDE SO I CAN ADD IT TO TASTE!! They also have some good sake and drink options! They definitely need to reprint the menu soon because there’s a good amount that I order and they are out of or don’t carry, but it’s not a huge deal. They just need to update it since it’s a reoccurring issue!

The servers are all so lovely and kind. They are attentive, helpful, personable, and care to remember you. I really appreciate all of the interactions I’ve had with them, their kind suggestions, and their conversation!

“We drive the hour for their donuts as they are just that good! The chocolate icing is the best around. Last Friday I got to try the cherry bombs and apple cinnamon sugar donut and those are also so amazing. We’ve had their bread and danishes in the past and guess what? “A hidden gem on Garfield Place . We decided to throw out the Hyde park restaurants and try something new . The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!”

From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special.
