“It was ok. I ordered all smoothies. I was gonna get donuts but seen flies in the showcase with the donuts and changed my mind
Kid-friendliness: Spacious and has tables and chairs. Their smoothies are good. Donuts are good to as long as their are no flied in the showcase. When I let the staff know they took only the donuts where I personally seen the fly land on out. ( even thought I know that fly was more than likely on all of them lol“

We are visiting from Florida and decided to surprise our family with some gourmet donuts. These gals did not disappoint!!! Everything was huge, fresh, and fully stocked!! From the sour cream donuts to the apple fritters you will not be let down! Now for the price……. RIDICULOUSLY AFFORDABLE!!!!! We pay $35 for a dozen donuts at home we got 14 donuts and 2 large coffees for $26!!! Run don’t walk to these guys because when they sell out they are gone! Thank you for bringing a smile to my family this year and I can’t wait to visit next year!!“

“I visited for the first time with friends who are faithful to Bill’s. Even in the mid afternoon, on Sunday, there is a long line with friendly and smiling people. The wait was worth it! The donuts are fresh and tasty! I love the variety of fresh pastries that are also available. My favorites are the turnovers that are light, sweet and flaky with great fillings and the plain cake donuts. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate muffins. We’ll be back“

“Stopped by the one in Waynesville today. Quality breakfast sandwich. Wish they had condiments, I asked for mayonnaise and they said they had no condiments. Coffee was great. Cinnamon roll tasted more like a hopped up glazed donut with maple icing. Not my style.“

“Excellent breakfast sandwich, donuts, and decadent coffee. They did get the expresso add in the wrong cup, but I enjoyed it and my husband didn't begrudge me the caffeine boost! Considering all the various options I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness on a busy Saturday morning.“

“No matter who I deal with I always get treated like gold add all the workers who are there get my utmost respect for always doing a great job no matter what time of day I really appreciate the employees and this location they're always kind to my kids no matter who it is and it's a good location with good food special thanks to Sandy and Timothy and one other young gentleman that I can't remember his name but he has a mustache and he's great as well
Parking: Parking is great you will never have a problem at this location
Kid-friendliness: We always have treats for kids no matter what the age and they're always nice towards children no matter who serves you“

“I go through this Dunkin multiple times a week, and it's always a pleasant experience. I usually do a mobile order and get the same thing, and the staff remembers how I like my order and is very friendly. Big shout out to the staff, they are doing great!“

Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t use one but it appears the door is wide enough for a wheelchair or walker. The handicap parking slot has a smooth transition to the walkway.“

“Five star service here today. Simple order of a basic coffee and a donut. They hand me the donut right away, and I sit down to wait for my coffee. I’d been waiting less than two minutes before someone (who didn’t take my order) notices I’m waiting, makes a point of asking me what I’m waiting for, and gets it for me immediately. On top of that, she apologized for the wait, which I thought was overly kind and unnecessary. Now THAT is top notch service, and they are to be commended.“
