Worst service EVER! Sat there and waited at the window for about 10 minutes while one employee was making all the online orders, and the other 3 employees were messing around. The 3 employees who were messing around looked right at me, but chose to ignore me. After I was handed my food (which was already paid for online), I checked to make sure it had my sides of guac and napkins/forks. Great service. Nice location. Always fresh ingredients! Getting more expensive though, I usually like to make chipotle at home. But when I don't feel like cooking, chipotle it is!

Staff is friendly and quick, and food is as expected. The bathrooms are extremely dirty - usually, a restaurant would require they be cleaned weekly if not daily, but it felt like an untouched truck stop in there. The soda machine was pouring flat soda, and you need to get ice from behind the counter.

Overall, it's fine if you're grabbing food to go, but it felt like this location needs some maintenance and better attention to detail. It does make...
