I don't know what's happened recently as I've been a regular for a while cuz this is near my work but the manager who runs the drive-thru is very rude and hostile towards customers. I've seen her be very good to her staff at the same time incredibly rude to customers and setting the example for the rest of them. I won't go back for a while hopefully they replace her soon
Rude employee I was there at 1:45 pm. Jan 25th, 2024. Employee told me to speak up, and when I did, she said not to yell at her. I said I wanted a 20 pc nugget, so instead of just ringing up two tens, she rudely had to tell me they don't have a 20pc. She kept rudely asking if I was done, like I would tell you when Im done .I left without finishing my order. Won't be returning.

So I work right by this wendys and grew up by Here and I have never had any problems food is always hot n fresh there fast friendly and it's nice and clean always forsure 10 outta 10 when u need some lunch real quick wendys is the place that 5$ biggie bag is the best afforable lunch in my opinion .
