Food is usually lukewarm at best & they're out of one thiior another at times. Employees attitudes aren't friendly either; as if they don't like working there, as if it's my or whomevers fault.
They NEVER have chocolate frosties and instead of telling you that when you order, they wait until you've waited in line for 15+ minutes only to disappoint you after you've waisted almost 30 minutes of your day. I wouldn't normally leave a negative review, but this has happened to me on more than 2 occasions at this particular Wendy's. I understood before, but yall got AI ordering now. Ordered breakfast on the mobile app. When I got there couldn't go inside the doors were locked. So I had to wait in drive thru. 5 minutes later I get to the window and was handed lukewarm food. Took another 4 minutes to get my coffee.
