“Carrie that took my order was absolutely wonderful. Very informative. I had a lot of questions. This is one of my first times eating here. I’ve had your shakes but never your food., And she was so patient with me and genuinely great, Her voice is out of this world amazing. She could literally be a GPS automated voice it’s insane!!! The professionalism that I experienced today at your business was awesome. I wish all of the business businesses on this road would take note…. Thank you very much for being a good managers and having good staff because I know that good staff comes from good management and the food is amazing. Genuinely impressed. I will definitely be back.“

“Have been there twice. Both times the service was superb and the food was great. No issues at all. They kept our drinks filled. The manager we knew came over and talked with us. Very polite and waitress knew what she was doing. Haven't been there in a while.“

“I know it is hard working on Christmas but when you make reservations you expect to be seated at your reservation time. When bringing up my party had waited over 20mins over our reservation time, and seeing another party who had just come in be seated, I was told by the hostess with an attitude that they couldn't keep up with times and which party should be seated before the other! When being seated we waited over an hour for food, steak was over cooked, lobsters and baked potatoes cold and seafood boil too spicy. When we told the waitress the seafood boil was too spicy we were told that maybe next time we should stick to the no spice level and the order could not be fixed. My son ended up not eating the seafood boil. This was a bad Christmas food experience, never will dine at Red Lobster on a holiday!“

“I absolutely love this place. I just moved to Mansfield from Columbus for a job and this has quickly become one of my favorite dinner spots. The multiple Applebee’s locations in Columbus (I have tried many as a Cbus native) are HORRIBLE, this location has restored my faith in Applebee’s. I have been here ~5 times now and (knock on wood) the atmosphere, service, and food have all been amazing every time. When you walk in, it is busy but not TOO busy, it literally looks like one of their commercials. People at the bar eating and drinking, everyone at tables smiling and laughing, it is such a nice ambiance. And the place is CLEAN!“

“First time going and everyone is work with told me about this place being better than Texas roadhouse. Well let me tell you it is by far better. People are vary polite. Food came out fast and hot. New York strip 14oz with bubba's Texas rice and salad was amazing. Keep up the good work I will definitely be coming back. Oh yeah my wife and I was there for our anniversary dinner. Well worth the price.“

“My buddy and I stopped in on a Friday evening to have the fish n fries and were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and it turned out, the company in the bar was as friendly as the staff. “We got to this restaurant frequently and the service is always good and the food is usually delicious .
Today (11/25/2025 @ around 7:40 was in the order was placed) we ordered a to go order, and since we had never had an issue until tonight. My daughter gives us our food (we live in Galion) and the wings are way over cooked. When my husband opened his box you could SMELL the burnt.

However, when I called the manager was very nice, understanding and offered me a refund. I declined the refund and requested to have the wings remade and we would bring back the food (minus the 1 my husband attempted to eat. No clue why he tried with the smell, but whatever)
When we got there, this blonde haired lady came out with a to go bag ready for us, she even had them remake our fries.
I gave her our old order and she apologized and was friendly!
To me the staff making it right (remaking the food) was so much better and the best possible customer service option (in my opinion)

I will come back here, not because we love the food (we do) but because the staff was super friendly and willing to acknowledge a mistake made and they made it right by remaking the food.“
