“Ate here a handful of times, eating at the Ontario Caines is a great experience! It gets very busy but we get our food quickly and find a table. Food and service are both great, restaurant is clean! They even have gluten free tenders for my bride. The location is tough to get in and out of when it's busy but utilize some patience and you'll manage just fine. As a rule, I never use a drive thru, too frustrating when a mistake is made, and the food is better when you eat in the dining room. We'll be eating here again.“

“3:50 pm. Ordered special $10 8 piece thigh. Got to window at 3:59 was told it would be 25 minute wait. To pull in handicapped area please. Walked in to get money back, I wasn't waiting, magically ot was just coming up. Food was brought out 5 minutes later. Got it home and the breading wasn't completely cooked. How disappointing.“

“Always good food and also mostly good service. Any time I've had an issue, either my wife or I had an issue, with any of our orders, The would get it taken care of with an apology. That's one thing I've always liked about this place“

“Went to get chicken for lunch today while i had the afternoon off, and this was the most juiciest/crispy chicken i have had in awhile. i ordered the #7 with mashed potatoes & gravy and coleslaw. i asked for crispy, & MAAM YOU HAVE DELIVERED 🤩🤩🤩 KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. 10/10 RECOMMEND“
