“When I come in from out of town to visit my family in Oregon, I always go to this Dunkin. I went in July 5th around 5pm and the three employees there were EXCEPTIONAL. I’ve interacted with the guy with the ponytail a few times and he’s always so positive and has a great attitude. But, all of them were so patient and kind with me and that is so refreshing.“

“Born & raised in Toledo. I lived on the Eastside several times. How have I never been to Don's Donuts before. OMG, these are by far the freshest donuts I have ever eaten. I purchased a dozen. With recommendations from the young man working the counter. He was so polite & very helpful. This has now become my go to, for donuts from this day forward. Truly Love these donuts. “The two female staff just seem rude, like they hate their jobs. Even when I called originally for a birthday cake they were rude which made me not order from them.. I then went in for cupcakes for the birthday dinner part (last minute), it's like they don't want to sell shit. While I was deciding and asking questions the one waiting on me seemed extremely annoyed the other one just stared at me like I was dumb 🤣 I was pretty quick and polite. Cupcakes were cute, prices are good, flavors were good. I was super excited to try this bakery out but not sure we will be back.“

“The manager there is unlike ive ever seen at a Tim Hortons establishment. All of them employees were absolutely in tune and food and drinks were going out left to right. Noone was inside because thats how fast they were seemingly getting there food. In and out. This place is INSANELY good.“

“I love this place and staff but was just in and asked for 1 of each of new Harry Potter donuts and I got 2 boxes but both missing green donut and when I try to call to explain situation phone number isn't working and I won't be able to come in since I'm at work currently now to try and fix issue. Very sad :(
Went back after work to explain situation and Manger is a saint and she gave me a green donut to try that was missing from order so thank you guys very much🥰🥰🥰“
