“Let’s face it- A Dunkin’ Donuts is a Dunkin’ Donuts. You don’t usually expect anything to stand out. The donuts were as good as they usually are. However, the service this time was exceptionally pleasant. I’ve never been to this location, and I didn’t note the name of the young woman which helped me with my order, to give her credit for such great service.“

“Born & raised in Toledo. I lived on the Eastside several times. How have I never been to Don's Donuts before. OMG, these are by far the freshest donuts I have ever eaten. I purchased a dozen. With recommendations from the young man working the counter. He was so polite & very helpful. This has now become my go to, for donuts from this day forward. Truly Love these donuts. Wow, thank you.👍❤️“

“The two female staff just seem rude, like they hate their jobs. Even when I called originally for a birthday cake they were rude which made me not order from them.. I then went in for cupcakes for the birthday dinner part (last minute), it's like they don't want to sell shit. While I was deciding and asking questions the one waiting on me seemed extremely annoyed the other one just stared at me like I was dumb 🤣 I was pretty quick and polite. Cupcakes were cute, prices are good, flavors were good. I was super excited to try this bakery out but not sure we will be back.“

“Really enjoy this location I come here daily. I go to a lot of Tim Hortons. However, I will say the staff those smaller seems to be the most consistent and strong. really enjoy the worker Jacquees. Not sure if you get a day off. Thank you💪🏼🫡“

“Lord have mercy they have the best coffee especially the ice cappuccino and even though I Boston cream donut is my favorite ❤️ I found a new love today. This apple fritter is the best I’ve ever had. Fresh and so so delicious. I’m floating around in love. 🤣 Thanks for introducing me to the best coffee and doughnuts for a year. You make my day better 🤩🤩🤩“
