The food is good and relatively cheap and the serviceis always great. However the downside is the coffee is not that good. Got a Chai latte once and was so bad I couldn't drink it. Donuts & muffins good and good variety.
The morning crew at this location is absolutely rude. Every time. And they cut corners. I asked for a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Sometimes they put the cream cheese on the bagel and sometimes they don't. Why? Sometimes I get my whipped cream that I pay extra for and sometimes I don't. Why?
