I love when insomnia cookie does little themed cookies and ice cream. When I heard they were doing a Agatha All Along themed cookie I had to try it. I’m not a fan of blueberry but the Bewitched Blueberry Swirl was absolutely delicious. And omg the ice cream was even better !! I can’t wait til try the next themed cookies

My friend and I went late last night, and I didn’t catch the worker’s name (had awesome green hair, though), but the service couldn’t have been better! She went above and beyond to give us a great experience, and was so kind during our visit. I haven’t visited other Insomnia Cookies, but I hope other locations can meet the expectations set here by Miami Oxford’s crew!

The special cookies are overrated and overpriced. When they 1st opened the classic cookies were a lot larger and you were able to get options with the mini cookie box, now you can only get chocolate chunk.

i have ordered from insomnia cookies multiple times. i have been told that the latest they take orders is 12:35 when they close at 1:00, which makes sense. why do my orders always get canceled when i order at 12:15? a decent amount of time is given, and 12:15 is 20 minutes before they are supposed to stop taking orders... every time i go into the store it is a wonderful experience. cannot say the same for delivery. this has happened 4 separate times now. first it was my fault, i didn't realize how late i did it. soon i come to find out that i have been ordering in the time slot for them to be able to deliver it. i am being refused service. because cautious when ordering delivery from here. thank you🩷
