Been coming to this loa ton since it opened, and it’s gradually gone down hill. I ordered a simple sandwich for my daughter and I’m trying to figure out why there wasn’t even a complete slice of turkey and We asked for tomatoes and there was 2 heels of a tomato put on her sandwich. You should get what you pay for.

I'm a huge sandwich guy and that nine grain flatbread is a sensational sandwich! And I don't leave reviews often but that staff is one of the most polite staff I've seen in a while Kayden Aiden and Sean those two guys and one girl there they were great great personalities and by the way that sandwich was done by a pro

Although I haven't eaten here in a good while, they always greet me as I walk in the door. I tend to visit this location at least 3 times a week for dashes. The food is delicious πŸ˜‹

Made my order completely wrong. Who orders a Philly cheesesteak with just steak and pickles?

On the night of nov 13, 2025 at 5:55 pm, the 3 people that were working there at the time were amazing, and super kind. Chillest fast food workers I've ever encountered in my whole life.

Restaurant is insanely dirty, out of lemonade. The sweet tea had undissolved sugar crystals still in it. Asked for no cheese and mayonnaise added to my sub, proceeded to listen to neither of those requests. Also took 20 minutes for 1 sub. Overall would not recommend at all.

My first time here. I'd read the negative reviews but went anyway. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and my husband got a cheesesteak and we ordered 2 small fries. The young man that took my order (and prepared the sandwiches) was pleasant. The young lady who was doing fries was nice as well. I watched as they prepared our food (to go). I had high hopes. By the time I drove home and we sat down to eat the fries were so soggy and greasy and each of our sandwiches were tasteless. I watched them make the food fresh but it was honestly the worst Penn Station either of us ever had. Can't explain why.... just know next time I'll go to the west side of Hamilton...or West Chester. Good luck Oxford.

Filthiest restaurant I've entered in a long time. Flys everywhere, and the cooking area looked unclean. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would have left.

And the sandwich was mediocre at best. A good Penn Station can make a great sandwich. This one managed to undercook the Artichoke sandwich. How do you manage to undercook artichoke and mushrooms? Stay away. Go to one the Penn Stations in Fairfield or Hamilton if you can.

Really wanted to like this place as it is close and we like Penn Station. After reading the reviews we were doubtful but we were hungry and it was close. We ordered our food for pickup and when we opened it up disappoint set in. My sandwich bread was very underdone, my wife got a wrap which had more mayonnaise than anything else on it and flat like a Tacobell soft taco. The fries looked and tasted like they were re dropped in the fryer to get hot and they couldn’t even fill up the little container they came in. We contacted them and much to my surprise, the manager Vince actually called me and said he wanted to make it right and earn our business back. He said he would send something from corporate so we could go back and try them again but nothing ever arrived. I actually contacted corporate and she said there was something already issued out but magically it came 2 days later and dated the day I contacted them. When I opened it, there was just a 50% coupon not even a free sandwich like almost every place in town does. Needless to say, we just shook our heads and chocked it up to a learning lesson on what businesses care about customers and actually want you to come back. Unfortunately I do not see that location lasting long where it is at.
