Came in just for a DoorDash and got exceptional service. There was a lady (I didn’t get to get her name but she had short curly hair and I think she was in training) that greeted me right away and a man named Dan who just had a great personality with every customer while I was there. I got to experience this without even placing an order, just coming in to pick up. It’s hard to find places with great customer service.
I got their new Cheesteak sub this time. It was pretty good. Now remember it's fast food Cheesesteak not authentic Cheesesteak. I also got their curly fries with Arby's sauce and Orange Cream milkshake. I highly recommend those. The last 2 times I went to Arby's before yesterday it wasn't great. The one time I went the French Dip I had barely had any meat on it and the other time I got the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich and it was probably the worst sandwich Ive...
the one in Painesville doesn't have a drive thru. that's what makes it much more friendly and homy. Dan is a great manager and most of the staff is great and remember me by sight and even sound. great people.
