I've been coming here regularly for years. The employees are friendly. If they know me, they start making my order when I walk in. I get the same thing. The boss is nice too. If they're very busy, they apologize for my wait, but I tell them their coffee is worth the wait.

So let's talk about Tim. I went in a couple weeks ago he was very friendly and went above and beyond. He checked the expiration date on my ice cream to make sure it wasn't expired. And he held a conversation which is not usual from workers at food chains. So i called to see if the store had my favorite ice cream. Which Geneva doesn't sell so I drive from Madison just to get my favorite ice cream. I walked in and Tim knew I was the customer that called. I was having...

I have never had any issues with food I have received, but I have had some not-so-great service. Teenagers to busy talking or on their phone to pay attention to the customers, kinda frustrating.
