Giant eagle made a mistake (who doesn’t, we are all human) but I want to give the manager of the hot foods department a huge shoutout because he made it right and really took care of me. That’s fantastic customer service. I shop at this giant eagle every single week and I will continue! Thank you 😊
This used to be the best giant eagle, I don't know who is doing their ordering now but they stopped getting a lot of organic foods.They can't say it's because of availability because it's not.

I don't recommend this Giant eagle at all the managers were rude I went shopping and the only way to feed my children is with the government assistance program or SNAP benefits and my card was loaded and I somehow wasn't able to find it through all the chaos in my house I have a picture of it saved and I went to Giant eagle to shop to get my kids food and as I went to check out I was told I wasn't allowed to manually enter my card number this is the only way I have to feed my...read full review
