Nice lunch and breakfast spot in downtown Painesville. Casual decor, good friendly service. Got the mushroom Swiss burger and hand cut fries. Burger came on toasted bun and was cooked to temp which wasn't easy because the patty was very thin. Tasted good though and the fries were great. Friend said his perch sandwich was also good. Small diner with good breakfast. The place was steadily full on a Saturday morning. The two girls working the room kept the flow on track. They worked well as a team keeping coffee filled and the orders flowing. The prices are spot on for the type of place. This is nothing fancy, but it's made fresh. Our omelettes came with fresh fried red skin breakfast potatoes and we chose the English muffin for our toast.

Located in downtown Painesville, Jimmy's is the place to go for breakfast and lunch. It is Family owned and operated. Jimmy and his staff treat all the customers like family. And the food is fresh. If you're looking for a great place to eat that won't break the bank, Jimmy's is the place to go!!!
