Customer service and make amends when you screw up.
My wife ordered chicken from this store. We received everything but the bucket of chicken. She even asked if everything was there. She made the mistake that the employees of Kentucky Fried Chicken would remember the chicken. Here's a clue, it's in your company's name. I had to call, drive over to get the chicken, and drive back. Because of all this my food was called. The so-called manager refused to replace the cold fries...read full review
The absolute WORSE fried chicken ever! My daughter even went inside to get the right. Every piece was over done, dry and fried in BAD OIL. Never ever again.
