Customer service and make amends when you screw up. My wife ordered chicken from this store. We received everything but the bucket of chicken. She even asked if everything was there. She made the mistake that the employees of Kentucky Fried Chicken would remember the chicken. Here's a clue, it's in your company's name. I had to call, drive over to get the chicken, and drive back. Clean store. Great workers. Food was bland bland the Mac n cheese chikn wrap is trash! Lol kfc bland af max n cheese with a sprinkle of more cheese with the frozen chicken straps n middle of a bland tortilla ??? don't know who is in charge of kfc but they are losing money and it won't stop anytime soon
