Annapurna Indian Vegetarian Food

I’ve been going to Annapurna to enjoy their Punjabi thali for over 5 years now. Best restaurant and grocery store run by the most friendly Indian people in CLE!

The Punjabi Thali is tooo good!!! A must have and their Jain food is also amazing. The staff is warm and welcoming and the food we ordered is amazing. A must visit and it is purely vegetarian

They take too long to make food they yelled at my mom for opening the freezer to look at ice cream. We didn't know the power was off. Rude and a waste of time go somewhere else.

Waited for 1 hour and still the order was not ready. Server didn't care to attend . Thank fully I had ordered a dabeli earlier which was good . Pls don't waste time waiting for food which may take forever to come . And yes they serve food in paper plates and bowls. Ambience is below average .

Unbelievable how many goodies are in this store. It's gonna take me a lot of visits to try everything. Great staff btw - everybody is exceptional. I think their spice and medicine selection is one of the best too.

This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The food was not only inedible, but it tasted like it had gone bad. Honestly, I took one bite and couldn't bring myself to eat any more. And it wasn't just one dish – everything we ordered seemed to lack any semblance of freshness or flavor. It was like eating cardboard that had been left out in the sun.
But the truly appalling part was the hospitality. The staff acted like they couldn't be bothered with us from the moment we walked in. They were rude. When we tried to address the issues with the food, we were met with a dismissive attitude. It felt like they simply didn't care that they were serving substandard, possibly dangerous, food.
This wasn't just a bad meal; it was a genuinely unpleasant experience. To serve expired food is unacceptable, and to compound that with such terrible service is beyond comprehension. Avoid this place at all costs – your stomach and your sanity will thank you. This is hands down the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Every meal I've had at Annapurna had been absolutely incredible. The interior of the restaurant is hilariously bare bones, which is a sign that they're focused on making incredible food instead of interior decorations (I personally couldn't care less).
