Very worst place no good costumer service no good food after order long time wait bad place

Worst Indian restaurant. They serve preserved food to customers, no clean tables and then they don’t serve customers properly. Never ever I want to visit this place again.

if I could give zero stars I would!! I should have just stayed home and made the frozen Indian food in my freezer, the freezer burnt taste would have been much better.
The service I can't even put on a scale because it was so bad. why was there a women cooking everything (bad) and just yelling at the staff. When placing our order, got told twice that "no you can't have that". which like that is weird. when we were basically done with all of our mediocre food, someone came up to us and asked if we wanted anything thing else, but did not look at us and left so fast.
honestly the water damage everywhere really added to everything. I understand this is a small business but they truly could not care about anyone inside.

Worst lunch . I ordered Gujrati thali and there was only few items were only Gujrati . Poori made my system upset . It took them to prepare my lunch for over an hour . They don’t even keep mouth freshener after the lunch . Server told me to go next door Indian grocery to buy the mouth freshener . All together not a good place to have food .

I am a pretty regular customer and order take out on a weekly basis , the food is good , but their customer service is terrible, the person who answers the phone is rude and rushes you through the order . Multiple items are missing if you order the thali , but they still charge you full price. The food is decent and thats the only saving grace. If you go here to dine or take out don’t expect even basic customer service.

Went there again second time with my son and mother. We ordered 2 dosas, 1 Punjabi thali, Choolaah poori and idli. Food is very authentic and delicious. People are very friendly. Overall we really had fun time. Finally found a place which serves the best Vegetarian food.

I recently dined at Annapurna Veg Restaurant in Parma, Ohio, and had a wonderful experience. Their food may be just OK, but service and atmosphere stinks - literally. Recently, we were all about to dine in - particularly interested in their 'Dosa Deal', advertised on their website as 'EVERY TUE, WED, THU, FRI 2-6PM: Buy One* Get One FREE DOSA for $12.99'. Just to make sure before our 40 minutes one-way trip, we called in to confirm the details - only to find out that the deal is only for 2:00pm-5:00pm (not until 6:00pm as advertised). We decided not to go, as that 3 hour window is not even close to lunch or dinner.
