“I ordered the medium box deal and 2 chicken teriyaki dinners, with extra chicken. I only received 2 out of three items. I have the receipt proving I paid for 3 meals and the store - Brandon wouldn’t make it right. He basically said “oh well”, he trusted his employees, I get that but they are human and make mistakes. Do better next time Brandon, do better!!“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“Stopped here after visiting A Christmas Story House, and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent and great portion sizes. The poke bowls, ramen bowl, wonton soup, and house brew fruity teas were the best we have ever had. We will definitely stop here again when we are in town.“

“Sometimes when you order Chinese cuisine, it can be a roll of the dice on what you're going to get! Well panda wok is a sure bet! They use quality ingredients, and the flavor is great! I can't tell you how many times I've order general Tso (extra spicy ) from other places, and it's always arrives tasting the same as if you were to order "no spice." Haha N

“Szechwan Garden is my wife's and my favorite place to get Chinese takeout. I'm vegetarian. The Zen menu makes it extremely easy to order since EVERYTHING on the menu is vegetarian. I can't say I've seen this anywhere else. We frequently drive into Lakewood, passing many other Chinese restaurants, to get food from here. The food is extremely consistent, the portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. I love this place.“

“Ordered through a delivery service. Everything arrived warm, which is rare anymore. The pho is solid and it’s nice to have an option that doesn’t involve driving to the Asia town area. Basil fried rice was good, but not so much Basil. Portions were decent as well as pricing. Will try again.“
