I will never go back here. I was there tonight and watched as the young lady at the drive-thru window took my payment while using her cellphone. She had her phone in her hand, actively typing with the camera pointed at my card. Her attitude was disturbing. She acted like I had no reason to feel uncomfortable. I now do not have access to my debit card because I had to lock it.
Came here with my brother to get some milkshakes and tater tots.
When I approached the speaker, the lady taking my order had a very snooty attitude and wouldn't let me finish my order and said to pull around. I had to say that I wasn't finished and she got even more angry.
I then I pulled up to the window. I paid and she almost threw my card into my car. Took forever for the shakes and tots; we were the only ones in the line.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, only 4 cars in front of me…was out of item. This is the second time I waited in the drive thru for way too long this summer. Very poor customer service.
