The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to.
Staff and I brought our large group of participants with special needs to this location this afternoon. We had the kindest staff and great food. Even after we were there for a while, we were again greeted by the General Manager, training manager and other employees with a great big “hey guys!” They asked me for my card to send us deals and offers for future trips with our group as well as free treat coupons for everyone. The clean and modern interior ensures a pleasant dining experience, but be prepared for crowds during peak hours. The ice cream has a full flavor, unlike some other locations. Parking is plentiful, with slanted spots around the building, and the location is kid-friendly. One of the newer DQ's in central Ohio, it stands out for its great tasting food and friendly service.

The GM, JJ, is described as a kind and caring person who provides great service to the community.
