“I am an HR Manager for company in Perrysburg and I order large orders from this location for team on occasion. I think she is the morning manager that is there around 5 or 6am she is amazing. She goes above and beyond and is always so pleasant and accommodating and gives great service along with her team. Being in HR I am always evaluating people. “Fresh fries! Perfect temperature filet-o-fish and cheeseburgers. A bit of a wait even though not busy. A few friends were served and all but ate at Chick-fil-A across the street before food was out here but that’s Chick-fil-A for ya. The automated kiosk wouldn’t let me pay with the app after showing “paying with app”. Amiable staff.“
“This McDonalds is in the Pilot Travel Center and attached to the convenience store. McDonalds was fairly clean. No condiments or napkins without asking for them from counter. Not easy with kitchen being hidden from registers. Food seemed fresh, but took a long time even without a rush. The females working there were pleasant and professional. And as if on cue, of course the ice cream machine wasn’t working.“
