Let me tell you how many Starbucks I’ve visited all over the world for the past 20 years… I’ve spent several Honda civics in coffee.. and spoken to and interacted with stadium full of baristas green bibbed and black bibbed ones of all ages and experiences.
Liz… from this store.. is the best one.. I’ve.. ever.. had…. I regret not telling her in the moment but it was so busy on a Sunday morning and she was killing it, and helping the others.. but I ordered my normal venti americano light water heavy cream, and she made sure all the things.. that it wasn’t going to get filled up to the top with heave cream.. and that I just wanted it a little stronger.. it’s the little things like that, that make our experience better, quicker and saved the company money by not making another drink and wasting the cream.. not to mention..
She was so personable.. I will be contacting corporate to reach out to her for corporate training ideas. If not take over the whole program 😂😂 she’s that good..

I come to this starbucks at levis quite often and it usually is fine, but the past 2 times i have went my order was wrong. First i ordered a pink drink with light ice and no strawberries but got extra ice, the second time i asked for a strawberry açaí refresher with light ice and no strawberries and there was strawberries. Not mad just annoyed my orders have been wrong.

Not the same experience is a corporate Starbucks. I’m not sure why, but for some reason, we thought we would try the one inside Kroger. It’s not bad. Just inconvenient. I think we’ll just keep going to the corporate stores, and not this franchise.We don’t even shop at Kroger.

Barista with the red and blonde hair was very rude she didn’t acknowledge me when we walked into the store or when we walked up to the counter when we went to order, she kept cutting us off and saying “is that all” very bad attitude fire her.

I love the coffee’s, the staff is great and the atmosphere is great. The prices are getting too high. Other local coffee shops are less expensive selling the same product.

If you're in the mood for super overpriced coffee, then this is the place for you. Just like any other Star Bucks...only benefit is it's a decent area to take your Joe to go and walk around Levis Commons. They have some outdoor dining, which is nice, but other than that it's your typical Starbucks.
