“Huge shout out to Wife’s Ramen & Pho! We’ve been enjoying your delicious Pho & other dishes since we discovered you. Tonight my husband and I went in because he was craving some. I just had esophageal surgery & am on a strict liquid diet & have to be careful of ingredients. I planned to just have a drink but when the server was told why I wasn’t eating, she guided me to an extra broth bowl, found out the seasonings from the Chef who then offered to serve the broth completely plain & then put the seasoning on the side. I had already ordered a tea that I didn’t realize was one of the bobas and she then advised me of that and we had those removed. The Ube Green Tea was delicious and the broth satisfying. Thank you so much for going out of your way so I could dine out tonight! Looking forward to returning to eat my favorites when I’m fully recovered!“

“Food was good especially the fried shrimp ( literally the BEST). I’m always a little taken back by not having the sriracha & hoisin on the tables like other places. The amount that comes with the pho is not sufficient for the portion size so you will need more. There’s one server that’s awesome ( I think her name is Mariah ) She’s typically there when I visit and appears to have things under control even when it’s packed. I do feel they need more waitstaff however she holds her own & everyone receives prompt service.“
