Today I stopped in for a quick burrito to go. The place is always dirty and messy. I am used to that I guess. I waited in line until there were about 3 people ahead of me. This was like 15 mins. Suddenly, the guy at the rice station leaves and walks off leaving us standing there with no direction. The cashier stood there like an idiot staring at us. The guys in the kitchen ignored us. Pickerington Chipotle is the worse ever! Hardly any chicken in the bowl, forgot the salsa as he spent too much time stirring the sour cream. Asked for light sour cream and apparently he doesn’t understand light serving as he proceeds to dumps an over flowing scoop on my bowl then he was starting to scoop more! Dear god! Food is never warm. So I basically got a rice and sour cream bowl! Oh yum😡
