No one was at the counter to greet us in but they soon came from the back. They were nice an it was kinda easy to figure out what do. The flavors were exciting to choose from. My daughter loved it an so did I.“

“We've been ordering Frankie's for many years. It's our go to for guaranteed great pizza. The burnt ends are astounding! So good!! I'm not usually a fan of smoked food but the smoked wings are crazy good. Meaty with the perfect amount of seasoning. It's really hard to find good onion rings but theirs are better than anywhere else. Tried the Dub Sub (Italian sub with double meat and double cheese) tonight and it is the best Italian sub I've ever had. And the funnel cake fries - yum! The only problem is deciding which items to get when we order since we can only eat so much! 😀“

“The food is great! The people are friendly one thing i have a complaint about is the music. Its always too loud, i can barely talk on the phone with it on. The other is they dont have enough booths. They have big tall tables but those are really uncomfortable for some people and are hard to get into. Other than those things its a great location.“

“I’ve been to Harvest Moon quite a bit and I’ve always told myself I had a great experience, but not after today. Emma B gave me the best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a while! She greeted me right away, talked me through the menu, gave me great suggestions, was very clear and direct, made my drink perfectly, checked on me multiple times, and the food was excellent! I’ve never had a better restaurant experience! When Emma told me it was her first day I was shocked! From one server to another, great job Emma! Harvest Moons hiring team needs a raise!“

“Ordered 24 cookies for my husband for Father’s Day. I received the wrong cookies so I reached out via email and they stated I must have received someone else’s order because they wouldn’t substitute as many as were different and they offered to resend or to refund. I chose the refund bc I don’t need another 24 cookies but I’m glad they responded so quickly and want to make it right. I am a repeat customer and enjoy their product.

Wanted the cookies to arrive on Friday the 14th, they arrived Thursday the 13th, no issues with shipping. Packaging was cute and my husband did try one of the flavors I knew he’d like and said it was very good. We just ended up with some flavors we didn’t request and we won’t eat them so we’ll be giving them away. Abigail in customer service was great!“
