If they could make the order correct I would be happy to give them a thumbs up. I ordered no cheese on my hamburger, I got 2 pieces of cheese. Food was cold. There was 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on the a cold hamburger . Not a good lunch.
Awesome customer service last night (10/4/17) by all employees but one employee Aubrey stood out to me. She took my payment at the 1st window and had exceptional customer service! Just thought I would share. Thank you Aubrey for the wonderful customer service. I made sure to let the manager know at the next window. Keep up the great work!!
I'm so dissappointed. We grabbed dinner here after am exhausting day and it was terrible. I was given the wrong chicken nuggets (not spicy) no honey mustard and the fries were not edible. Everything fried tasted terrible, like it had been sitting in oil. So frustrated to have paid for food that I couldn't eat.
