Awesome customer service last night (10/4/17) by all employees but one employee Aubrey stood out to me. She took my payment at the 1st window and had exceptional customer service! Just thought I would share. Thank you Aubrey for the wonderful customer service. I made sure to let the manager know at the next window. Keep up the great work!!
After multiple poor experiences at this location, it's time to do a review. I ordered a $6 Biggie Bag (crispy chicken sandwich, fries, 4 piece nugget, drink) add a large chilli. The nuggets were not in the bag. The fries and chicken sandwich were cold. I called to see if I could come back to get the missing nuggets. The other Wendy's that is closed in pickerington did not have the frosty machine available. I ordered two frosties and I was trying to bring them into my home they both fell. This particular Wendy's replace my order with no charge. I would like to thank this Wendy's for making me whole again. I don't know the name of the gentleman who was running the window on this evening. He deserves as much as you can give him, at least a pat on the back.
