Had breakfast at this cafe and it was delicious. Everything was freshly prepared and full of flavor. Our server was Michelle and she was super friendly and efficient!
We arrived @10:45. Was told it was a 20 minute wait. waited 25 minutes to be seated. Ordered our food immediately. Waited 55 minutes watching table after table be served food. Some tables walked in 30 minutes after ours. We were given a lame excuse about the kitchen and how they organized their orders 10 minutes more pass and we called BS on their explanation. Only server to see there is Kindle…. Just like the tablet. She was super nice. Our food was delayed… by a lot…twice. She was on top of it. She was polite and honest what was going on. She did all she could to keep us happy.
Wasn’t thrilled with the manager on how she handled it. I heard her call kindle out saying the food has only been in for X time. Which it had not. If the manager was going to do this it should have been out of view of customers.
