Any avocado toast I get I compare to back when JJ's Table offered it on Sundays during the pandemic: made with a thick slab of dark, seeded bread, heaped with mashed avocado with mushrooms and tomatoes, it was to die for. So when I ordered it at the Orchard Farm Stand I was hoping to be similarly pleased. Alas, it was not to be. The Orchard's take on avocado toast is to use as its toasty base one thin slice of store-bought white bread, toasted on only one side. Added to that was a perfectly cooked over easy egg. In fact, the EGG was the best part of my AVOCADO TOAST. The avocado was spare and brown. The arugula was wilted and dry. The goat cheese was practically nonexistent. (It also had red peppers but I don't like peppers so I removed them.) This "avocado toast" was $14. I could've made avocado toast for my entire neighborhood for $14. Three of us at the table ordered this and had the same opinion of it - huge disappointment. We mentioned it to our waitress and she asked if we wanted to speak to the manager; we said no, just tell the kitchen. A few minutes later, here comes the manager. She asked if we'd had the avocado toast there before, to which we all replied no. Then she proceeded to tell us that if we'd come last week the avocado toast would have been much larger in size and maybe we were disappointed because they decided to now "condense" it and make it smaller. I'm not upset about the portion size so much as the fact that it was of such obvious poor quality yet they served it anyway. She made no mention of reducing our bill or comping our food and we didn't ask. When we got our bills the waitress pointed out that the manager gave us a 10% discount. Ten percent of $14 is $1.40, but then subtract from that the 35-cent "non-gratuity service fee" they impose and it almost would've been less insulting to get no discount at all. The manager promised it would be better next time, but the poor judgment of the kitchen manager we were told made our food and the piddly discount eaten up by unexplained service fees guarantees there won't be a next time.

This was my to go place and bringing my visitors to experience your beautiful restaurant, great service and pizza. I hardly ever give a bad review and unfortunately I have too. We went to the bar for drinks and ordered food from bar. We moved because it was warmer inside by the fireplace. We were the only clients in restaurant. We were approched by a very grumpy and rude server and asked of we ordered food from bar. If it was not for the wonderful bartender who left his bar to wait on us we would not have been waited on at all. The food was horrible and all three of us during the night had a bad tummy. I owed a restaurant for 10 years and realize things can get difficult but when you have bad service , food and a stomach ache I felt compelled the owner needs to know to make the adjustments needed. I will cone back to see. I love the atmosphere there and will give it another go..

I was just there with my daughters to celebrate their birthdays. Was planning this day for days. I even got a hotel to stay here and take them to the restaurant and take pictures at the coop. We had a most HORRIBLE experience. The host never asked us to sit, went to take orders/serve guests who came after us. After waiting for a couple of minutes we left. Never coming back. No stars for service.

NEVER will I go there again!!! We went last Friday for lunch, it was a beautiful day and thought that would be a perfect spot for lunch! Well, we were fooled! Every table was filthy, I don't think they wash them off. And the flies, oh my goodness, they were horrible. And this is supposed to be the less expensive of the two restaurants, and for what we got the value was not good at all. We would have been better off going to Arby's. The service was OK and our waitress was OK but she just laughed when we complained about the flies. I can only imagine the kitchen. The food was mediocre at best, my salad was supposed to be a cranberry chicken salad with pecans and there were no pecans whatsoever, and the greens were not nice, for 14.95 that was a ridiculous price, the salad dressing was horrible so I requested a different kind and they also was bad. No, we will never go back and we may even call the health department.

One of our favorite places! We make the 75 minute drive several times a year to check out Orchard. We highly recommend their fall and. Heist as pop up bars but no matter when you go, the drinks, food and service will always be top notch!Parking: There’s space around but you’ll circle the lot a time or two or park up and down the street. Never without spots, it’s just a matter of how far you’ll walk if you don’t vallet.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

This is the cutest place ever! We had coffee, Chai and a gigantic apple fritter. So yummy. The service was great. We sat by the fireplace. They have a lovely gift shop, and a couple of bars on site too. Fire pits with seating outside as well. In our short time there - I fell in love.If we didn't live 8 hours away - we'd frequent Orchard Farm Stand at least weekly. ☺️❤️
