i waited 45 minutes after our order said it would be ready… and it was NOT the workers fault. whoever manages this place left this poor girl all alone- getting slammed with online orders… the person ahead of us ordered 10 subs and she was visibly stressed out.. on top of that, the phone was ringing off the hook. the manager should be VERY ashamed of themselves!! hope she finds employment elsewhere that will treat her better.

Placed an online order, will never do that again. In the nicest way possible they messed up all 3 sandwiches and I figured it wouldn’t be that hard to read?

Great location. It's the fresh baked cookies smell that always gets me. I appreciate a good cookie.. that's for sure. The employees were nice. Professional and friendly our whole visit. Everything looked fresh. The restaurant was clean inside and out. Always a good experience at Subway.

Employees smoking cigarettes outside the store right by the front door. Absolutely disgusting. I should be able to walk into a restaurant to feed my daughter stop choking especially since my grandmother just died from lung cancer a month ago because of secondhand smoke never smoked a cigarette in her life. Foul!

Went into get dinner this evening they were not busy we stood there waiting for five minutes while two workers proceeded to completely ignore that we were there. Needless to say we left and took our business else where.

I ordered two platters of sandwiches on a Thursday and was to pick them up on Sunday morning. It was for a family function. When I went to pick them up, the store was closed even though the sign said open. Fortunately I didn’t pay for them. What’s with this? I tried calling themtwo days before and two days after and the phone is busy.

Customer service is not good you have to repeat yourself 3 times to order your sandwich and ingredients. Last time thier food made my father sick never had an issue with Fremont's Subway obviously its way better than this one the only reason we try Port Clinton is because it is closer but we will be taken the extra trip to Fremont from now on. Also, Fremont's Subway is less crowded, service is quick and you don't have to repeat yourself a bunch of times. If I were you I would go to a different subway other than this one in Port Clinton IT SUCKS!!!

Quick stop for a sandwich to go. Clean staff polite. The sandwich was tasty.

Vegetarian options: I didn't see anything on the menu that was a meat substitute however the subs are individually made so it's your choice as to what goes on it.

Dietary restrictions: Individually made add or subtract anything on

Kid-friendliness: A fast food place- simple chairs and tables and seating.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level and handicap parking
