Great customer service and polite workers.
The burgers were delicious as well as the root beer floats. The strawberry shake was also very good. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Our only complaint is the waffle fries. The waffle fries tasted like fish, so we were a little disappointed. Overall, our experience was great. We'll definitely be returning. Next time, we'll get a different side.
OMG! They've changed their food and I was so happy! It wasn't greasy and soggy when I got home(25 minute drive). It was crispy and light, even the hush puppies. I reaheated some to eat and it was still phenomenal. I highly recommend trying the food here. Usually we only eat at Long John Silvers once a year because the food was really greasy and soggy.
