I come to this McDonald’s 3-4times a week. My kids have sensory issues & fries are something they will eat and love. I have never had a problem once in all the years I have been coming to this McDonald’s. Tonight they were very busy. Had to sit in the parking lot 20-25mins to wait on food. No big deal. Made all vehicles go park and wait for food that they brought out to the car. I called and asked why and they said to prevent backup on the highway. I think they are rushing people past the second window to pretend they provide quick service. Terrible!! Will never go here again!! I filled out the customer review online and called corporate!! They are unethical at this McDonald’s!! You should be ashamed of treating customers this way!!!
I've been sitting outside, after going through the drive-thru to get a sausage biscuit, for almost a half hour. A sausage biscuit.....🙄
